Job Description:

Your internship will entail dynamic roles that include:

• Assisting in organizing and planning of various events
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers while fulfilling client requirements
• Working collaboratively with our seasoned event managers to create event layouts and plans
• Overseeing the implementation of event plans and ensuring their successful execution
• Assisting in managing event budgets and financial plans
• Conducting market research to identify potential events and client opportunities

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will:

• Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Possess strong organizational and planning skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
• Have a passion for events and a strong desire to learn
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
