Internship Opportunity in Human Resources

Position Overview

As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist with various HR functions, gaining insightful experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. The internship lasts for a minimum of 6 months with a possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in organizing and implementing employee training and development programs.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
