Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating weddings and related events.
• Participate in client meetings, understand their requirements, and provide innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, photographers, and videographers to ensure a smooth execution of events.
• Attend venue visits and rehearsals ensuring all details align with client's vision.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client budgets, suppliers, and timelines.
• Serve as a point of contact for client queries, vendor discussions, and venue coordinatings.

Requirements

• Studying towards a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
