Job Description

The selected candidate will:
  • Assist in resolving client queries, challenges and complaints via phone, email or chat services.
  • Track, follow-up, and close customer requests using multiple systems and applications.
  • Work with departments including sales and technical support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collect data and provide reports on customer interactions.
  • Support in strategizing customer service improvements.
  • Participate in customer service training and workshops.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A recent bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A customer-friendly attitude, with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
