Key Responsibilities

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding instructional strategies.
• Participate in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
• Encourage positive behavior and a respectful classroom environment.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and classroom management.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a passion for education.

Personal Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English.
