Internship Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

In joining the Customer Service team, you will be integral in maintaining the company’s excellent reputation by delivering outstanding client experiences. Our interns are treated as essential team members and are given real responsibilities from Day 1.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints through email, phone, and social media
  • Supporting the customer service team in achieving team objectives
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of company's products and services
  • Coordinating with logistics and finance departments to solve issues related to order and payment
  • Creating reports to track customer requests, complaints and feedback

Job Requirements

  • Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
