Internship Position: Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team in Aveiro. This internship program offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing valuable insights into talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
• Support employee relations activities, such as facilitating training sessions and organizing team-building events.
• Participate in performance management initiatives, including the collection and analysis of performance data.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated interest in human resources and people management.
