Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting lead teachers in lesson preparation and delivery.
• Facilitating small group discussions to encourage student participation.
• Providing one-on-one support for students needing extra assistance.
• Preparing classroom materials and resources to enhance lessons.
• Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Organizing and participating in extracurricular activities to promote language learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Fluency in English, with a strong command of grammar and pronunciation.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a language school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and working with diverse student groups.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet various learning styles.
