Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Communicating directly with customers and providing commendable customer service
  • Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Collaborating with our customer service team to deliver timely resolutions
  • Growing and maintaining the company’s customer base by handling customer complaints and queries
  • Analyzing customer feedback and creating strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in business, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer support can be advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and customer management software
