Vacancy: Reception/Reservations Internship

We are currently seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to join our team in the role of Intern: Reception/Reservations. This position provides valuable work experience in the dynamics of operating a corporate setting in a multicultural environment and presents a unique opportunity to learn, explore and contribute to various aspects of our operations.

Primary Tasks

• To be the first point of contact for all incoming visitors and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Handle all reservations (online and telephone) with utmost efficiency, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer's needs.
• Ensure efficient communication between all departments and effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Maintain the visitor lobby area, ensuring refreshments are topped up and the environment is welcoming.

Job Requirements

• Currently studying for a degree or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a definite plus.
• Experience in customer service, personnel administration or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package and reservation software.
