Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed intern with a strong interest in the field of event management. You will gain practical, on-the-ground experience in event planning, logistics coordination, vendor management, and client servicing. Your major tasks will include assisting the Event Manager, liaising with clients and vendors, coordinating venue arrangements, and contributing to the implementation and execution of events. Your proactive involvement will be instrumental in the planning, organisation, and successful delivery of our events.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in Event Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Knowledge of event management processes and excellent communication skills are key. Proficiency in Italian and English languages (both oral and written) is mandatory.
