Internship Vacancy: Events Management Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and logistics management.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for event themes and formats.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor events to inform our strategy.
• Attend events on-site to assist with setup, registration, and guest relations, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Maintain project timelines and assist in budget management, tracking expenses and reconciling invoices.

Personal and Professional Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with event planning software and social media platforms.
• A passion for events and a strong desire to learn about the industry.
