Role Description:

Tasks will involve event preparation, from ideation to execution; procuring event permits and managing logistics; coordinating with vendors; handling attendee registration and engagement; and assisting in post-event examination and analysis. An intern in this role will gain hands-on experience while developing a sound understanding of the event management industry.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone with an educational background in Event Management, PR, Business Studies or a related field. Basic knowledge and understanding of event planning is necessary. Effective time management, communicational and organizational skills are vital for this role. Proficiency in Italian is strongly preferred, with proficiency in English being a significant plus.
