Internship Opportunity: Event Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
• Research and compile information on industry trends and competitor events.
• Participate in on-site management during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Help create marketing materials and develop content for social media promotions.
• Collect and analyze feedback post-event to improve future operations.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and financial reporting.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is advantageous.
