Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organization, and execution of events
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and participants for successful event operation
• Contribute to event design, including theme creation and implementation
• Participate in pre-event meetings and onsite preparations
• Maintain event timelines and task lists
• Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting

Job Requirements

• Studying towards or completed a degree in Event Management or related field
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collectively in a team
• Flexibility to work unconventional hours based on event schedules
