Internship Position: Events Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the research and coordination of event logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, and budgeting.
• Support the planning process for events, including creating event timelines, task lists, and production schedules.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, taking comprehensive notes and providing recommendations.
• Contribute creative ideas for themes, decor, and experiences that enhance overall event impact.
• Help in the on-site management of events, ensuring all elements run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
• Engage with marketing teams to promote events through social media, press releases, and other communication channels.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative mindset and a passion for event planning.
• Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
