Job Description

As an Events Management Intern, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and social gatherings. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the events team in the logistical planning of events.
• Conducting vendor research and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Assisting in the creation of event marketing materials and managing social media promotions.
• Participating in on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Gathering feedback and generating post-event reports.
• Attending client meetings and taking detailed minutes.

Personal and Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software.
