Job Description

As a Reception / Reservations intern, you will be an integral part of our operations team. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk by attending to visitors and employees, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.Your tasks include:

Greeting and directing visitors and employees
Managing incoming and outgoing communications
Coordinating room reservations and boardroom schedules
Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events
Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area

Requirements

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. You must be able to communicate effectively in both Italian and English, and be comfortable using computer systems for tasks such as email and room reservations.Requirements include:

Current enrollment in a degree program in hospitality, communications, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and reservation systems
