Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Reception and Reservations department. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, allowing you to develop essential skills in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations efficiently, including processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Maintain the front desk operations by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly, including managing payment transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Help with administrative tasks, such as maintaining guest records and updating reservation systems.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
