Internship Tasks

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding initiatives by preparing training materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and analysis on employee engagement levels; prepare reports based on findings.
• Assist in organizing employee events and training programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage and update employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects aimed at enhancing employee experience.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS software is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
