Internship Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources intern to support our HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations and contribute to strategic projects that enhance our workplace culture.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
• Help organize training programs and workshops, and track employee participation and feedback.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and team-building activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring information is updated and accurate.
• Collaborate on HR projects that promote workplace diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Job Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field; knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.

Personal Requirements: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
