Job Description:

We are in search of a bright and ambitious Intern Kitchen / Cook to join our elite culinary team based in Milan, Italy. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your culinary skills in a 5-star, world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist chefs in preparing and serving food, adhering to the high standards of our company
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment, following proper food safety regulations
- Learn various cooking techniques, preparation methods, and presentation styles
- Observe and learn from experienced staff about inventory management, food cost controls, and menu development
- Take part in kitchen meetings and trainings for personal and professional development

Requirements:

Qualifications and skills required for prospective candidates include:

- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a culinary arts program
- Strong passion for food and cooking
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations
- Effective communication skills in both Italian and English
- Physical stamina and availability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
