Job Description:

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting chefs in the preparation of meals and masrtering traditional Italian recipes.
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following safety regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchen areas.
• Monitoring and managing cooking supplies.
• Supporting the team in daily back-of-house operations.

Job Requirements:

• Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a culinary arts degree or related coursework.
• Passionate about Italian cuisine and the food industry.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
