Job Vacancy: Kitchen/Cook Intern

We are looking to recruit a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dedicated kitchen team. The successful candidate will have the chance to learn from experienced chefs at the helm of our world-class kitchens and gain valuable exposure in the prestigious gastronomy sector.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Assist in the proper preparation and cooking of meals in compliance with the recipes and guidelines stipulated by the Head Chef.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations, adhering to the highest sanitation standards.
- Participate in the preparation, packaging, and dispatching of orders for our high-profile clientele.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of dishes under the guidance of Senior Chefs.
- Work closely with the kitchen team in inventory management, ensuring sufficient stocks are maintained.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations between the kitchen and the dining area.

Job Requirements

- Currently pursuing or have completed a culinary arts degree or related field.
- Understanding or willingness to learn about Italian and international cuisines.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and able to lift heavy kitchen equipment.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
