Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Reception / Reservations Intern to join our dynamic team in Genoa, Italy. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and the opportunity to learn about guest relations, reservations, and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communications.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and queries.
• Support check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry and filing.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or business management degree program.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reservation software is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
