Job Description

As an Event Intern, you will be assisting the Event Manager in overall planning, organizing, and execution of all types of events. This comprises:

• Coordination and management of vendors, caterers, and stakeholders.
• Participation in the creation and development of event design and planning.
• Assisting in budget planning and tracking of event expenditures.
• Overseeing registration, setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
• Interacting and coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and insure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Basic knowledge of event planning principles, procedures, and standards.
• Possesses organizational skills with attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Italian.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
