Job Description:

At our established firm, the primary responsibility of the Event Management Intern will be to assist the Event Planning Team to execute seamless events. From ideation to execution, you'll be involved in various stages of event planning. You will be engaged in tasks that include:

• Assist in the conception, development, and execution of events
• Coordinating with vendors, handling logistics, and providing on-site support
• Manage event-specific timelines and checklists, venue research
• Support the team with administrative duties and tasks as required
• Contribute to post-event analysis and report development

Requirements:

To be considered for this internship, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be enrolled at a university, pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Ability to multitask, attentive to detail, and operate under tight deadlines
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages will be assets
• Good knowledge of MS Office; Familiarity with event software considered a plus
• A creative mindset and enthusiastic attitude toward teamwork
