Job Description

The Kitchen/Cook Internship position is a hands-on role that involves preparing, overseeing, and presenting culinary dishes of high quality. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and design of food menus.

• Producing high-quality dishes that follow up the established menu and our quality standards.
• Collaborating in the making of new dishes and presentation ideas.
• Working in close communication with our restaurant team to ensure a smooth operation.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, with a focus on Emilia-Romagna’s gastronomy.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and utensils.

• Availability to work in shifts.

• Able to handle criticism and improve from it.
