If this sounds like your dream work placement, we invite you to join us at Bella Vista hotel, a Love and Vision, a vibrant small hotel company managing over 50 rooms during the summer season on the stunning island of Corfu, Greece. Our hotel is nestled next to the beach, offering the perfect blend of work and leisure, where you can grow as a Night Manager while soaking up the sun!

About the Internship:

• Location: Corfu, one of the most beautiful Greek islands
• Duration: April 2025 to November 2025 (3-6+ months depending on individual circumstances)
• Working Hours: 4 nights ON, 3 nights OFF, from 23:00 to 08:00 (36 hours per week)
• Accommodation: Free shared staff accommodation provided
• Meals: Enjoy two free meals (Breakfast & Lunch)
• Financial Support: Applicants are encouraged to apply for European financial support, such as Erasmus, or seek private funding for this work placement.

Tareas

As a Night Manager intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various areas, including:

Operations:

• Be available at all times to address guest inquiries and resolve issues (think of yourself as the hotel’s very own guardian!).
• Ensure late arrivals are checked in smoothly and assigned rooms promptly.
• Maintain security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Manage unruly guest behavior with professionalism and grace.
• Oversee breakfast preparations to ensure everything is on schedule.
• Complete a night report detailing complaints, incidents, and actions taken.

Marketing:

• Contribute to marketing optimization through activities like INSTA stories & posts.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships through virtual meetings and presentations.
• Design and deliver training activities to the rest of the team.
• Present innovative initiatives to enhance guest experience.

Requisitos

 

• Age: 18 years and above
• Preferred: EU school and passport holders
• Language Skills: English essential; any additional languages are a plus
• Educational Background: Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, Marketing
• Adaptability to new cultures with an open, friendly, and flexible attitude
