Internship Opportunity - Customer Service Department

Our business in Brussels is seeking a dedicated intern to join our dynamic Customer Service team. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a multicultural environment and contribute to our commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Description

• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints via email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Gaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide information and details to customers.
• Assisting in generating sales leads and maintaining customer records.
• Participating in meetings and workshops to enhance customer service skills and acquire comprehensive industry knowledge.
• Collaborating with the Customer Service team to reach shared goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications or another related field.
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English and French; knowledge of Flemish is a significant asset.
• Eagerness to learn with a self-starter mentality and a strong dedication to team success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technical systems.
