CloudPlexo Cloud Management Platform (CCMP), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product enables businesses to manage multiple cloud environments in one platform, proactively assess and monitor cloud environments based on operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization. The company provides both developers and management with the insights needed to run an efficient, lean, and reliable cloud environment.

 

The company is an AWS Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner in the AWS Partner network. Their team is looking for an Account Manager Intern to join them in the upcoming weeks. This position is great for aspiring candidates looking to work on business-critical projects and gain relevant work experience.

 

Tasks/Requirements

• Good organizational skills, strong commercial awareness, and great attention to detail;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to deal with customers and understand different cultures and working practices;

• Work with a high degree of autonomy and cope well under pressure;

• A well-organized team player with the ability to think creatively;

• Passionate about problem-solving;

• Competitive and proactive attitude;

• Fluency in English.

 

You will learn to:

• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and partners to manage project details and milestone deliverables;

• Consistently achieve revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques and processes to efficiently manage sales opportunities through your funnel to a successful close;

• Manage the on-boarding process for new clients;

• Support client engagement by gathering feedback and developing engagement plans.

• Perform product demonstrations for clients

• Manage evolving client expectations and identify opportunities for adding further value to them.

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and renewals.

• Coordination support for international accounts.

• Assist the team in preparing for new client pitches.

Compensation:

This is a paid internship: €300 per month.
