Job Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to facilitate language acquisition and bolster student confidence.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on individual learning achievements and challenges.
  • Promote a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere through creative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing school events and extracurricular activities that enhance language learning experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with diverse student populations.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
