Customer Service:
Answering customer calls and emails in an efficient and professional manner.
Resolving customer problems and complaints in a satisfactory manner.
Provide information on products and services to customers.
Processing orders and returns.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
Administration:
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing documents and managing email.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Managing the diary and scheduling appointments.
Organise events and meetings.
Making purchases and payments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Spanish as native standar.
Proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn.
Economic compensation: 300 euros.
