Our collaborator is a 3* hotel located in the heart of Santiago de Compostela, in the North of Spain. It has all the facilities and services, such as comfortable rooms, spacious common areas and cafeteria. At the beginning of 2012 they carried out a process of remodelling in order for their clients to enjoy a quality service and an affordable price.  
It has all the facilities that you can imagine in a city hotel: location, only a few meters from old town, placed in the shopping area and close to all the cultural points.  So are you looking for an internship in the field of Tourism with many different tasks that can boost your interpersonal skills? If yes, it is definitely your chance!   Position: Reception and Customer Service    Tasks:  - Directly interacting with customers, giving assistance, handling request from customer - Check-in and check-out - Receiving feedback and complaints
- Help with the preparation and coordination of breakfast during mornings  - Helping other departments upon request
- Check rooms  - Administration tasks: booking, reservations, emails, calls, etc. - Social media marketing: optimize and lead any marketing strategies carried out in them: Facebook, Twitter, etc. -  Interaction with users   Requirements: - Flexibility with tasks - Being active and can-do attitude - Fluency in English and intermediate level of Spanish (at least B1)   Benefits: 
-Shared accommodation (mix gender)
-Breakfast  -200€/month for an internship of up to 5 months
-300 €/month for an internship of 6 or more months   Duration: 
-minimum 3 months
