We are seeking a motivated and passionate French Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic language school located on the beautiful island of Lanzarote, Spain. Job Description

As a French Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the lead French teacher in lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Facilitating engaging and interactive language exercises to enhance students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Providing one-on-one support to students, helping them with pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Conducting conversational practice sessions to boost students' confidence when speaking French.
• Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to both students and teachers.
• Helping to organize cultural activities and events that promote French language and culture.
• Encouraging a positive learning atmosphere and fostering student enthusiasm for language acquisition.

Personal and Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A native or near-native proficiency in French, with strong communication skills in English.
• A degree in French language, literature, education, or a related field, or relevant teaching experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A passion for teaching and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to students' varying needs and learning styles.
• Experience with teaching or tutoring languages is preferred, but not required.
