Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Handle reservations and inquiries over the phone, email, and in-person.
• Support the team in maintaining the online booking system and updating inventory.
• Assist in addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team efforts to exceed service expectations.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A strong interest in hospitality and guest services.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
