Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to support our teaching team in delivering exceptional language education. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about language learning and eager to gain practical experience in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging English lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with language practice, pronunciation, and comprehension.
• Prepare teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct conversation practice sessions, helping students build confidence in speaking.
• Assist in assessment activities and contribute to student progress reports.
• Facilitate cultural exchange activities to enrich the curriculum.
• Engage with students outside of classroom hours in social and extracurricular activities.

Job Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Relevant qualification in English language teaching or a degree in education/languages.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
