Internship Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR intern to join our team in Fuerteventura, Spain. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to impactful projects within our organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing team-building activities.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HRIS data entry and reporting.
• Research best practices in HR and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
