Internship Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in Bilbao. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and training and development.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in organizing team-building events.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and materials.
• Help maintain employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
