Our collaborator is a company that designs personalized, balanced recipes for dogs and cats, delivered directly to their owners' doors. Since 2018, they have been focused on improving the health and happiness of pets while simplifying life for their owners. Based in Barcelona, the company is part of the Holidog group, a major player in the petcare industry in Europe.

Tarefas

• Prospecting & conversion: Contact prospects and convert them into customers.

• Retention & reactivation: Re-engage inactive customers and implement actions to retain existing ones.

• Sales & consultation: Understand customer needs and propose the most suitable products.

• Customer support & relationship: Answer customer inquiries with kindness over the phone.

 

• Analysis & improvement: Track performance indicators and contribute to process optimization.

Requisitos

• Currently studying at university or business school.

• Fluent in French.

• Strong interest in customer interaction, sales, and human exchanges.

• Organized, rigorous, and confident in verbal communication.

• Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

• A passion for animals.
