Our partner is a vacation rental company based in Barcelona. every year they take on a 3 - 4 month intern for the summer months to help in their fast-paced operations department. With over 100 villas in high-season, the operations department it's at its peak.
This position is the heart of their operations. Ensuring they deliver on their obligations to our guests.
Working closely with their maintenance, cleaning, and operations teams to ensure each guest has a smooth stay.
Tasks Include:
- Coordinating property repairs and cleans
- Programming their guest app
- Creating property manuals, owner and guest contact, and organization
- Customer service
- Resolving client complaints
The selected candidate must have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extremely efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Spanish and English language skills are required and French is helpful
Conditions:
- Available from June to September (4 months)
- Full-time position
- Onsite or remote internship
- 300€/month
