Our collaborator is a company that sells products for the decoration of windows and floors: blinds, curtain rods, carpets.... Based in Granollers. They are looking for a profile to join the  commercial department, focused on the Development / Maintenance of the Web of Spain and Customer Service in Webs / Marketplaces. 

Tarefas

• Web Development and Maintenance tasks: 
• Keyword research with specific tools.
• SEO Content writing based on the Top Search Keywords.  
• Competition analysis.
• Development of strategies to improve organic traffic. 
• Analysis and continuous improvement of the website: proposals, monitoring. 
• User experience analysis (UX). 
• Email Marketing and Linkbuilding. 
• Social Media Support. 
• Sales analysis and metrics (KPIs): creation of periodic dashboards. 
• Customer service tasks:    
• Responding to customer queries on different platforms: Marketplaces and Webs. 
• Telephone, Mails, Chatbot. 
• Customer evaluation. 
• Defining frequently asked questions / answer scripts. 
• Preparation of customer samples. 
• Detect improvements in contents, services... 

 

Requisitos

• Knowledge of the e-commerce environment 
• Empathetic - Commercial 
• Skilled in dealing with customers 
• Proactive
• Resolute 
• Ability to analyse 
• Good writing skills 
• Spanish as native standard.

Condições

• Economic compensation: 300 euros per month
• 3 remote working days per week.
• On attendance days, the time needed to get to the office will be deducted from the working hours.

Availability and hours:

• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Full time position: 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid work:  2 days face-to-face / 3 days teleworking.
