Internship Description

We are searching for a Human Resources Intern who is deeply passionate about understanding and executing human resource operations. The HR intern will participate in recruiting, payroll administration, benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding activities, internal and external program coordination, policy review, and documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in hiring and interviewing staff.
  • Arrange and participate in both job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Maintain staff records and paperwork.
  • Support HR administrative tasks and manage HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Oversee the employee development and workforce management plan.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates should have a strong academic record, impeccable organisational skills, high a level of confidentiality, superb interpersonal and communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Prior work experience in a similar role is beneficial but not necessary.

Personal Requirements

We’re searching for a person who is resourceful, dedicated, and can work independently or collaboratively on a team. Critical thinking skills, adaptability and problem-solving abilities are key. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
