Internship Opportunity in Events Management in Bucharest, Romania

Our well-established company, renowned globally for creating and executing innovative and transformative events, seeks to supplement our dynamic team in Bucharest, Romania with an Event Management Intern.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, creation, and coordination of various events, ranging from corporate meetings and trade shows to social gatherings and large-scale conferences.
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
  • Track event key performance areas and identify items to improve for future events.
  • Assist in managing all project elements within time limits and budgets.
  • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Passion for the event industry and its best practices.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
