Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
• Support students through one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction.
• Help create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement educational programs and assist in classroom management.
• Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Prepare necessary educational materials and resources.
• Assist students with special educational needs, promoting their inclusion and participation.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other school activities.
• Collaborate with staff to facilitate communication and support services for students.

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in education or child development.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Portuguese; proficiency in English is a plus.
