Internship Opportunity - Human Resources in Viseu, Portugal

Our company is seeking an energetic and ambitious intern to join our Human Resources team at our Viseu, Portugal branch. This opportunity offers invaluable work experience in a progressive, multicultural working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
• Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
• Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Conducting benefit and pay analysis, and employee performance appraisal.
• Engaging in employee relations, recruitment and compliance, compensation, and workplace safety tasks.

Job Requirements

• Should be in the final year of obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Sound knowledge on Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Efficacy in MS Office and HR software will be preferential.
