Internship Opportunity: Reception / Reservations

We are excited to announce an internship opportunity in our reception and reservations department. This role is perfect for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality sector while enhancing their organizational and customer service skills.

Tasks Description

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations, including taking bookings, confirming details, and processing cancellations.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and files.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Support the reception team in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
• Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings to enhance professional development.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with reservation software is preferred.
