Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency, processing payments and providing room keys.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the team in administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Hospitality Management program or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese and other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
