Internship Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and hard-working intern who is interested in learning more about the behind-the-scenes workings of a global events management firm. This is a full-time, six-month position, where you’ll work closely with our Portuguese team to organize, manage, and help execute high-quality events.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing events effectively and efficiently.
• Work closely with suppliers, handling orders and contracts.
• Help plan and coordinate promotional activities for upcoming events.
• Assist in logistics management, including event setup and breakdown, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready for use.
• Conduct and analyze market research to spot latest industry trends.
• Provide administrative support as needed including managing guest lists, sending invites, and tracking RSVPs.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; both written and oral.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
