Internship Position: Events Intern

As an Events Intern, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in the design and development of event concepts and themes.
• Supporting logistical planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
• Conducting research to ensure the incorporation of best practices and innovative ideas.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
• Participating in on-site event management, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Monitoring budget tracking and financial reporting related to event expenditures.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
